Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ComplianceOS ("the Platform"), operated by K2S Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ComplianceOS is a cloud-based multi-country compliance management platform designed for company secretaries, tax consultants, and finance teams. The Platform provides tools for managing regulatory compliance, tax filings, document generation, deadline tracking, ERP integrations, and multi-entity management across India, US, UK, EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Resell or redistribute the Platform without written authorization
• Use the Platform to submit false or fraudulent compliance filings

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Platform, including company records, compliance filings, tax returns, invoices, and documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You may request an export of your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow retrieval, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by regulatory obligations.

6. Compliance Disclaimer

ComplianceOS is a tool to assist with compliance management. It does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all filings, documents, and regulatory submissions made through the Platform. K2S Consulting is not liable for penalties, fines, or losses resulting from incorrect or late filings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including network outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

8. ERP Integrations

The Platform offers integrations with third-party ERP and accounting software. These integrations are provided as-is. We are not responsible for data accuracy, availability, or changes made by third-party providers. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials for connected integrations.

9. Pricing & Payment

Pricing details are shared during the consultation process. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2S Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and your data will be handled as described in Section 5.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
